We found this restaurant the last night in Rome, and it was by our hotel the entire time. And what a shame. It was the best experience we had dining here. The restaurant was spotless. Kenny's service was fantastic, very attentive. He beamed about the quality of their food and he was right to do so. We had a cheese flan with fried artichokes that was incredible. I had never even heard of cheese flan, and it was so creamy, with just enough salt and richness. The rigatoni alla amatriciana was subtle but flavorful. Their pride in their work shine through each dish. Then we finished with gelato made on house. And we got to meet Carla who made each delicious flavor. Read morePoor restaurant, wouldn't go again. Was seated, ordered a pizza and just a few minutes after it came, was interrupted to be told they closed in 5 minutes. Rushed service, pizza was cold and tough, and they gave me a blunt knife to cut it. Staff no interest in serving and were just trying to close up. If they'd told me when I entered that they were closing soon or that it was take away only, would've been no issue. Will go somewhere...

The pinsa was the best I’ve had here in Rome, so I even ordered a takeaway of different flavors.
The picture is taken after almost an hour of walk back home, hence may look a bit cold. But it tasted so good upon heating up in the oven.
