The pastries look quite delicious; however, our plans involved lunch plans with a more hearty meal. The server was knowledgeable about what items were gluten free on the menu and recommended the chicken and potatoes. The spices on the chicken were spot on! However, my son was disappointed that the menu said meat ravioli was available, when it was not. The family opted for tortillinis and spaghetti, which were both just ok. Shockingly, the waitress placed all 3 plates of food in the microwave at the same time in order to heat them up, even though they came straight off the open food bar. Makes me question if the foods were being warmed enough on the bar to prevent bacteria. All meals were between $6-10 and waters were $3 each. When it came time to pay, the waitress insisted we pay her a tip, which is very uncharacteristic of quality servers in Rome.

Delicious food, the waiter was wonderful and he was funny and wasn't annoyed by the boys (like at other places). Very respectful and curteous. I am sad we found this place on our last day, we would have eaten here everyday. Prices are affordable, portions just right, the variety of Italian dishes and pastries were plenty. They have hot food, sandwiches/paninis, and sweets. We tried them all! And okay fellow Americans, they have ice!!!! He was so kind to fill my tumbler. I saw other reviews about the toilette facilities, okay, it is the same across Rome (I feel this place was better than others) and most of Italy so just deal.

<Español Abajo> If you are lucky and you read this before ordering, Run away!!! from this place. The food is pre-cook and the portions are really small for the price you pay. The lasagna was even worse than the ones you buy frozen at the supermarket and with huge pieces of celery. The drinks (ice tea and cocacola zero) 5€ each. They also make you pay the cutlery (1€/person)!!

I gave a low mark because of the service, the food was fine the chef was very friendly. When it came to payment a waitress (a blond one) 3 times repeated ( nobody knows why) they accept only cash and Visa carts, neither options i had. When a cashier got a machine, while i was trying to explain i dont have a visa but MasterCard, i saw that they have a contactless option of payment and decided to get it a try with my iPhone, however cashier was rushing, nervous, she repeated so many time to giver her my card. I was calmly trying to explain what i want to do in both languages ( english and italian) no one wanted to listen to me. Her gesticulations became more nervous and chaotic towards me. Then she put away the machine, then returned it back press some buttons ( keeping raising her voice, apparently in italian) and i paid. She didnt get what happened I guess, however the information “we accept only visa” failed straightaway with my success. No one apologies for incompetent attitude, no one said anything to me. I just left. Will never ever recommend this place to anybody, the staff simple cannot provide customers with nice and...

Where do I start? This place was absolutely the worst!!! The food was not fresh and were microwaved upon ordering and the waiter had the nerves to add pastries on our bill that we did not ask for!! The waiter knew I was heated because he kept asking me was everything OK. NOT IT WAS NOT OK!!! To make things worst, he told me they didn't accept card due to their machines or whatever excuse he had being offline. So I had to walk down the street to the nearest ATM to get cash while my wife waited inside the restaurant. Why didn't you tell us before we sat down that you weren't accepting cards?!?! Please avoid this shady and unethically place at all cost! They definitely like to take advantage of foreigners and they sat us in the back of the restaurants which I'm sure were due to the fact that we are AFRICAN AMERICANS!! Thank you for...
