In a quiet, safe, lovely residential neighborhood, this restaurant was only steps from our hotel. We showed up for dinner at 9pm and people just kept coming until at least 10:30 for dinner. The staff was immediately welcoming and warm, speaking English with us, even though we tried to speak some Italian! The restaurant was full of people of all ages, each table relaxed and having fun. We were the only Americans there at the time as this restaurant is far from most tourist areas. The suppli and fritti calimari were amazing for antipasti as were the two primi pasta dishes we ordered. We couldn't make it to a secondi course but we did have dolci- tirimisu and panne cotta- phenomenal! Sharon, our server was amazing, so sweet and fun and described each dish that we asked about in English. Can't recommend this fresh , trendy and warm place enough! Phenomenal food and service. A meal to remember in Roma.❤️

Excellent fish restaurant, with first quality fresh ingredients, and creative cuisine. The fish carpaccio was delicious, reminding me of the best sashimi restaurants in Tokyo! When I ask the waiter, if it would be possible to fry the head and bone of the fish, just like in Japan, I was positively impressed by his prompt response! Pasta dishes with fish, but also very good and outstanding sorbet of Mojito! The only improvement I would suggest to the owner of the restaurant is to change the background music to some smooth jazz radio station (like in Japan) instead of a random radio with scattered noisy music and advertising! Service was also very friendly and professional, as well as the wine selection, which was good and priced reasonably. Definitely a recommended restaurant

December 2024: still excellent! March 2023 review: Exceptional service, exceptional seafood. Very busy at peak hours, which means the service is still good but there is some effect due to the number of guests being served. No English menu but some staff speak English. Items pictured are the baccala mantecato (awesome) and the very, very good lemon sorbet and the gelato (probably orange amd mango). Fish, pasta, and meat is all good here.

Party of two dined here on May 22, 2025. The staff was great. Thank God they spoke English because my Italian is not so great. We needed gluten free options due to an allergy, and the waiter went over the menu with us to explain all of the choices. The grilled octopus was delicious. The Bacala (Cod fish) was amazing, as was the Branzino. For desert we had the cheesecake with strawberry sorbet…..another winner. This is not a tourist trap. It’s away from the craziness. It where the locals go for fantastic food and service. I highly recommend this restaurant. You will...
