Visited for lunch time. The eatery serves the freshest of pasta which is made inhouse - you can see it being made. There are a number of different varieties. The carbonara I took was very tasty, and relatively cheap for such a portion size. I would surely recommend, especially for a quick lunch whilst strolling around Rome centre. Best pasta I had in Rome, and also the cheapest. For 7.50 I had better food than in some places for twice as much. You can mix any pasta with any sauce. You don't wait more than 3 minutes, and can order it in a box for takeout with no extra fee. Best place to eat pasta in Rome.
