My family and I just had lunch at ‘Gusto, and I can confidently say it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm, friendly service that made us feel instantly at home (we come from Bulgaria, and we are visiting Rome for a few days). The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. It’s clear that the chefs take immense pride in their work. The cozy atmosphere added to the experience, creating a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. Whether you’re looking for a romantic dinner, a family gathering, or just a relaxed evening with friends, ‘Gusto is the place to be. Another interesting aspect of the restaurant are the fantastic cooking classes held there. It’s such a fun and interactive experience! Whether you have experience in cooking or not at all, the class offers valuable tips and a hands-on opportunity to learn from their talented chefs. It’s the perfect addition to an already amazing dining experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves amazing food and exceptional service. My family and I will definitely be back!

The food is just ok But if you REALLY WANT TO skip a HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE experience, do yourself a favor and choose one of the many other restaurants in the area. After consuming and paying €150 plus euros for a mediocre steak, slow service and not even side bread (unheard of), I was standing on the outside waiting for my taxi. Took a seat on the shaded area while waiting for avoiding get wet on the rain. And the rudest, classless “manager” if you can call it that, started yelling at my ear that I needed to “move” because they needed the table. Only thing I asked is not to yell at me and he does it ALL OVER AGAIN. Stood there with my 70 year old mom with ZERO consideration from this guy. Not only did he not lower his tone with me, but he YELLED AGAIN, and told me HE WOULD NOT DO THINGS MY WAY. Seriously a little consideration and a little class is too much to ask? While standing there I was able to see how he treated other clients and his own employees like garbage. Stay away as much as possible from this place!!

RIDICULOUSLY DISAPPOINTING RESTAURANT! Just happened this morning! Ordered Mixed Fried Fish (squid, prawns, cod, red mullet), came out without any fish (no cod, no red mullet), feedback to the waiter he said he will give fried red mullet, turned out to be mussels and he claimed that’s red mussels!!!!!

Found this place as we wanted a quiet corner to chill with a caffe and lunch. First sign - quiet. Second sign - we waited, and asked again, so we were pointed to be seated. Another waiter came to us (we believe he is one who can converse in English). I ordered Margarita Pizza and my wife ordered Mix Fried Fish. Nothing to shout out for the taste wise. When my Wife feedback to the waiter, the lady manager created a scene by banging the door in front of us and stared at my wife fiercely. My Wife feedback to the waiter again and the waiter seems to “shoo” us off by waiving off the mix fried fish on the bill. But not trying to understand what went wrong. Tourists are definitely not welcome here with their behaviour and attitude. Especially reading the past feedbacks had assured our encounter just this morning before we head home after weeks of traveling around Italy. They didn’t give Rome a good impression and think we don’t know their...

The ambiance was inviting, and the staff was amazing! A special shoutout to our server, Dany, whose attentiveness elevated our dining experience. Dany went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, making us feel truly celebrated! The appetizers, entrees and drinks we ordered nothing short of divine. Each dish was flavorful and presented beautifully. The drinks complemented the meal perfectly. I had a very unique tequila and fig cocktail 10/10. Our entire group was vegetarian and Dany made sure we each had something to accommodate our dietary needs. The highlight of the evening was the surprise celebration for my brother and sister in laws wedding anniversary. Not only did the staff present a magnificent cake, but they also offered a complimentary round of shots, adding a festive touch to the occasion!

It's rare to encounter such a combination of exquisite food, delightful ambiance, and outstanding service. This restaurant, with Dany leading the way, has set a new standard for excellence. We left with full hearts and satisfied palates. We GENUINELY hope...
