WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE EVER! I have never left a restaurant so angry and upset. From the beginning I felt unwelcome and tried to keep a positive outlook after a long day of travelling. It took around 15 minutes for a waiter to take our order as they were too busy talking to the locals around us. Our drinks order never arrived and we were given burnt bread which we never ordered or asked for and had one slice between us of. Our food arrived which was average at best and looked as if it had been microwaved. After waiting 20 minutes for a waiter to acknowledge us we asked for the bill as we wanted to leave as we felt like outcasts. The waiters were making small talk and laughing and joking with everyone around us but barely came over to us and were very snappy throughout. We waited a further 15 minutes and noticed tables around us going in to pay. My partner then went inside to pay but the waiters were too busy talking to other customers that had paid and sent him away saying they will be out soon. They came out after another 5-10 minutes with our bill and were very keen for my partner to pay without looking at the bill. They never offered a cash payment and the waiter was shoving the card reader in my partners face. He explained to the waiter we never got our drinks order and didn’t realised we were being charged an extortionate amount for bread we didn’t order and barely touched! The waiter then started playing around with the card machine and snatched the receipt out of my partners hand so my partner couldn’t check it. By this point we were too tired to question it so he paid with his card and handed it back. The waiter then THREW the card back at my partner and walked off with other waiters watching and laughing. Absolutely awful experience here and would advise anyone who is British or not Italian to avoid as clearly by other reviews and our experience, there are huge discrepancies!!! I would happily give 0...

I am not one to ever leave a bad review but I’ve also never left a restaurant crying before, so there’s a first time for everything. Most of the waiters were very nice but there was one (who I can only assume was the owner because I don’t think he would still have a job if he wasn’t) he was so incredibly rude from start to finish. He was so bad that when we complained about the service he walked past and whispered something in Italian that I can only assume by the tone that it was horrible. He then waited at the door for us as we walked out and also said something to us which wasn’t great. I have worked in hospitality before and I really would never leave a bad review if it wasn’t necessary, but in this case, it absolutely is. Someone needs to check on the rest of the workers, honestly because the way that this man treated everyone else who worked there was so low, that even after I complained even one of the workers who took my bill signalled to me that he sucked. Stay away from this...

We had one of the best dining experiences at this place, during 2 weeks Italy tour. Found the restaurant after some Google search and wowed by delicious seafood pictures. We arrived a bit late and it’s about 20 minutes before lunch hours close at 3:30 pm. The restaurant was more than accommodating, they extended at least 1 hour and seated us in the beautiful outside section, virtually serving just our party. We were blown away by freshly prepared seafoods, delicious taste, and awesome services - thanks to Giuseppe (simply the BEST), Andrea, Yagav). To add ice on the cake, the final bill was very reasonable! Honestly I ate so much that didn’t have room for diner or any meal the remaining of that day. Thanks for everything, I look forward to coming back...

I loved their seafood course meal. From beginning to end it was so worth the price and the food was absolutely amazing. One thing that bothered me was the waiter, a grumpy old man who kept rushing me. The person who greeted me and the person at the counter (the owner?) were all so kind and lovely, but this waiter made a dent to my wonderful Italian food experience. He even forgot to bring me the biscuits (which is clearly stated in the menu) so I had to ask for it. Other than that, really, this is a fantastic restaurant with very delicious food. I heartily recommend! ❤️

Did a bit of google mapping and discovered this wonderful eatery not far from where we are staying. Owned and run by Sardinians. Absolutely first rate. Great food (lots of brilliant seafood), great traditional service and a wonderful Roman ambience inside. Big plus, other than ourselves not full of tourists. Definately do yourself a favour and check this place out if you want a real 'Roma' experience PS Our last meal in Italy 🇮🇹 after a sensational 5 weeks
