As everyone i know told me Italy is greatest place to have food, i had high hopes when went to this restaurant, however that turned out to be my worst experience in last 2 years , even streetfood with sand in morocco is 10x better than this bland and tasteless food, not talking about 10x price difference.

Soup of the day ( 11€ ) ( vegetable soup ) felt like you having sip of extremely hot water with vegetables thrown in and boiled for 3 minutes , no salt, pepper ot any other spices added , , not to forget before taking it out to me they couldnt bother to clean plate to ''presentative level'' Kotlet with salad ( 16€ )- Again, salad seems like its just been taken out of some cheap 1 euro bag, thrown onto plate, with breaded chicken which was not only super slim for meat, but also gave you full experience on chewing on sandals ,but not only that , it also was dry like sand ( lucky enough i had also peroni beer, which was saving situation here ) , by trying to cut it sometimes it went sliding across the plate with my knife , yes thats how hard it was, felt like its been made early morning cooked, and then reheated while im there which normally turns food to turn out like that. Peroni beer (7€) ( can't complain, its good beer , was only reason i could stay there ) 1.5€ if you don't want to act like somalian and eat with hands. Yes they charge you 1.5€ for cuttleries.

Total 35.5€

Food 1/10 Service 10/10 location 10/10 Atmosphere 8/10 Price : food value 1/10 ( you better off buying sandwich outside, or just go mcdonalds opposide side of road and that will be 3-4x cheaper and 3-4x more tasty )

However , could have been poor choice of dishes i've choosen , but at this point this was my breaking point to leave italy after just being here for 12 hours ( without cancelling any of my flights head or bookings ahead, i just booked first flight back home )

P.s As i was born in Latvia and raised with good manners i still left 5€ euro tip for service - not for food.

To sum it up in one sentence : Its like dating 10/10 women that you adore , but shes terrible cook , and once she serves you food, you will eat it even if you...

Extra ordinarily terrible service. I would say 1 star for the service is even a luxury for such a racist place.

My wife and I were there for a dinner. There were waiters in front of the restaurant and first thing first, no one even cared that we were standing there. We went in and got a table.

Strange things after, waiting long to even get the menu. And a way longer waiting time for the food.

Finally arrived my something called “pizza” which is not cut, so I asked for a pizza cutter and the waiter almost destroyed my pizza demonstrating by cutting it with a knife. Funny thing, pizza titled restaurant doesn’t even have a pizza cutter. Ohh, or maybe I didn’t knew that I have to bring my own pizza cutter.

The meal was not that good, not bad either.

Wondering why I mentioned racist behavior? The same waiters were behaving well enough, smiling and taking care a lot for the other customers around there. Behaving to me like I am some kinda creep sitting there for free food on their mercy.

And finally, got the bill and saw an amazing table service fee, made me laugh internally after having all those humiliating behavior.

I don’t want to tell them anything because its useless anyway after going through the replies in the other reviews, but wanted everyone to know that you go there only if you are “white”. Probably thats the problem with them. I...

Disgusting food and unbelievably rude service – NEVER coming back!

I had one of the worst dining experiences here. I ordered the eggplant pizza, which was absolutely horrible – it came out watery and soggy, completely unappetising and poorly made. But what made everything even worse was the shockingly rude and condescending behavior of the man at the reception.

He ignored my greeting entirely and only used hand gestures to show me bringing the receipt to the front, no explanation, just attitude. Then, while I was clearly waiting to speak with him, he walked right past me without a word, completely dismissing me, and went off to usher in other guests like I didn’t even exist.

His behaviour was rude, arrogant, and utterly disrespectful. This man has no place working in hospitality. I left feeling angry, disrespected, and completely appalled by how I was treated.

Avoid this place. Horrible service, terrible food, and zero respect for customers.

I will...

We ate outside at this lovely little restaurant, I would highly recommend the meat and cheese platter, it seems a little pricey to a Brit but you actually get a lot of meat and cheese, and it was so delicious! A great mix of meats and mild cheeses. Could have had that as a main by itself with some bread! The pasta was perfectly cooked, love that they gave you a Parmesan tin on the side so you can add more too if you would like. The pizza with potato on was very weird and we didn’t think this carb on carb combo worked (it’s like grated potato) but it was seasoned perfectly and the dough was delicious. Would recommend this place for a meal! The waiters were friendly and good. It was however, rather noisy with sirens going past very often as it is on a busy main street!

Massive thank you (Grazie Mille) to Hossain who was our waiter three nights in a row. We luckily stumbled across this restaurant on our walk back from the 64 bus route to our hotel. We weren't jumped on as soon as we looked at the menu which was relieving and it felt very welcoming. All the waiters were happy and helpful. Hossain was very attentive and friendly, he even remembered parts of our orders from the previous nights too. Best waiter we have ever had!!! The food is very well priced and delicious. We would've happily came and ate here each day if we'd found it earlier in our trip. Well done for the lovely food and great customer service! If you love spice then make sure you try some of the spicy oil they have!
