Satyrus Temporary Bar — Restaurant in Rome

The uneducated security ruined my weekend. I went for my University Party at this place and the security guy who can’t speak English and was at the paid with card available place for entrance didn’t let me in because I can’t show my physical ID card.He asked me first “Are you Italian?” in Italian and I showed my visa&passport from my phone and i explained i’m an international student here and he didn’t look at my IDs carefully. This is one of my favourite places to go out in Rome, I love the vibes and the experiences I have had here. The prices are reasonable, the music is great. My personal favourite is the people, not only the staff that’s very chill and nice to you but also the guests are always well dressed and I have never seen inappropriate behaviour or anything like that in Satyrus. It is both, a bar and a club at the same time, so if you’re going with a group of friends you can always split into the ones who prefer dancing and others who wish to mainly sit down and get a drink. Last night I visited this place for the first time with my friends. The place is beautiful but the services & food was bad! When we reserved our table three days ago, they sent a message to my friend that booked the date confirming that the dinner was going to be served, but when we arrived there it was a poor buffet whit only cold pasta, not even one plate with protein. The bottle of wine without a label and not even carry with a wine cooler. I've been in many places here in Rome, with these Aperitif/dinner formula, for less and ate much better.
