Shisha Ristorante Zenobia Bar Roma — Restaurant in Rome

We went there for shisha and there was only a limited flavours. The person we spoke to couldnt speak English.

We managed to order our shisha and ordered 3 drinks. They gave us the old coals (not the cubes) and the shisha died within 5 minutes.

So we asked to change the coal and asked them to give us the coal the other people had. There was a lady and another guy with shisha and they had the cubed coals which last longer.

Well, 20 minutes later, the guy hadnt come back with the coal. So we went and asked again if our coal can be changed. He just nodded. My friend wanted to leave so he just asked for the bill.

That was the fastest thing that came to be honest. 30 euros for a shisha and 3 drinks.

Service is terrible, dont...

Rubbish service ever, u don't have to force people to order, I ordered shisha and I asked them before about the price, later on they just decided that I have to order another thing, more over when I asked to change the charcoal magically they decided also that my shisha is over and I have to pay more for the charcoal (10€) 🤣. By the way charcoal never changed at all.

Now I know why the place was empty when I came lool its not coincidence, your services and kindness with customers will bring them, u should act like that. Never...

This is the worst experience I have seen in Italy, including Rome, Florence and Venice. The Lemon we ordered was soo bad to an extent that is horrible. The air condition is not working. The service is so bad and the stuff are not professional at all. We got a Lemon with mint for 8 Euros per cup which is so expensive and most probably this wasn't the original price. We were charged for the water bottle more than its original price that is stated in the menu. Overall, the worst experience....
