A poche decine di metri da questa "terrazza" ci sono quartieri in cui vivono cittadini che avrebbero il diritto di riposare come tutti. Invece sono costretti a rimanere svegli per ascoltare musica da discoteca a volume altissimo, con i vetri che tremano anche durante la settimana, in periodi che di estivo non hanno proprio nulla. Sono riusciti a trasformare quello che era un evento decente dell' Estate Romana (come erano le serate jazz) in un' autentica tortura, che ingigantisce il problema dell' inquinamento acustico della zona e della movida selvaggia, con gente ubriaca che disturba tutto il quartiere fino alle 3-4 di mattina, uscita da questa specie di discoteca improvvisata.
