If you're looking for a restaurant experience that leaves you baffled, this is the spot.

When we arrived, things seemed promising at first. The ambiance was lovely, and we didn’t have to wait long for our food. That optimism quickly faded, though, because they decided to bring out all three courses at once. Nothing like digging into your three courses all at the same time! Who knew that fine dining meant playing a speed-eating challenge?

The salads were especially tragic. Mine was supposedly a "mixed salad", but it was just a sad pile of unripe tomatoes, lettuce, and some rucola thrown on top. No salad dressing was available either, unless you count a drizzle of oil as "dressing." It was so disappointing that the caterpillar hiding in it was the most exciting part of the dish.

As for our orders, things went south quickly. We got the wrong drinks, and when we politely pointed this out, the staff seemed genuinely upset with us! Moreover, my side of chicory turned into spinach, like they were playing a game of ingredient roulette. The pièce de résistance was the saltimbocca. For 15 euros, I expected something halfway decent, but what I got was a tiny, bland, and oily excuse for a meal.

The cherry on top of this glorious disaster? When it came time to pay, their card reader...

Do not go!! My friends and I went to dinner here and be assured we will never be back. When the waitress came to take our order she was very rude and short tempered. Everything seemed fine with the appetizer, although the cheese plate was underwhelming but things went from okay to terrible when the main courses arrived. My friend found a hair ball in her food (see the picture below) and I was brought the lasagna when I had ordered the gnocchi and they would not fix their mistake. Additionally, the lasagna was completely burned on the bottom (see other picture). Finally, my friend who cannot eat gluten was charged an additional three euro for gluten free pasta even though there was nothing on the menu about an upcharge. When we brought up our concerns about the hair in my friend's food we were told that it was not hair and not to worry. Overall, it was a terrible dining experience with rude service and food that may pose a health risk. In a city like Rome with world class dining you can easily find much better food that is actually worth your money. Do not waste your time or money at this...

We only had water and half a jug of wine. The water was water (nothing to complain) and the wine tasted similar to the water. Like nothing. We had the house wine so either they buy the cheapest wine or they have no taste. They charged us for something we did not order (some liquor), they charged us 2€ per person as a mandatory service charge which we did not know in advance (forced tips) and they were in general not very friendly. We did not eat anything there but our neighbour table had a WORM in their food. Yes the insect. Please do not got there. There are so many good places in Rome, this is definitely not one of them. Please. Enjoy your time hopefully...

This is the first time trying 🇮🇹 🍕 and it isn’t similar to what we are used to. The crust is very thin and the texture is a bit hard and tough. Maybe it’s the way it’s baked here and we really enjoyed the experience though. The pizzas are well sprinkled with toppings and we tried something we have never tried before here. That’s the purpose of travelling, no? There are indoor and outside seatings which can cater for a large number of customers. The pizza wait time is a bit long maybe need to bake separately 😉 but it’s still nice to wait inside which is cooling unlike outside which is hot. The staff can understand english so it’s easier to comm. 👍🏻

A bit off the tourist path, but stumbled across this gem for a drink and quick bite. After seeing a few other plates of food we stuck around and ordered additional items. Likely the most authentic Italian food I’ve eaten in my two weeks here. Truly enjoyed the mussels and margarita pizza but felt like the star of the meal was the lasagna. Cold pitcher of house white wine (13€) was a great way to enjoy the meal.

We visited as part of a food tour. Was not very busy at the time we got there (930pm). It is located in a generally quieter area of Trastevere. Service very welcoming. We got each a pasta dish and shared a Margherita pizza. Delicious all around. I had the carbonara. So good! We tried the white wine of the pope and a Roma red. So good! Definitely worth a try!
