Adding some answer to your comment… I also did not hear any “hi” from you, agressive and unfriendly looks of your staff saying in inappropriate way “the bar is the bar” and “this is our rules” and “you can sing ONLY in English or Italian” don’t make you “trattare i vostri clienti con educazione e gentilezza”. You should respect all the people regardless of nationality and gender.
