Total bunch of crooks, don't waste your hard earned money in this tourist trap. The staff will awkwardly hover around and hound you to make a quick decision.

We specifically asked for two small gelato tubs which the woman confirmed our order. She then took some tubs away without showing us the size and filled the tubs, we chose what ice cream we wanted but she decided to fill it with whatever flavour. She then had the arrogance to charge €20 for two tubs - totally outrageous price for what it was! The staff have a total lack of customer service and don't even care.

Stopped at Airport Cigni in Sirmione that looked charming at first glance, but it turned out to be a total tourist trap. They hand you a big cup without even asking what size you want, then charge you 10 euro, with no prices clearly displayed.

The gelato itself was disappointing: overly sweet, artificial flavors, and a strange, watery texture. Worst of all, I ended up with diarrhea not long after eating it. Safe to say hygiene is not their top priority.

They clearly rely in tourist visiting the place, so doesn’t matter their attitude towards the client. They have a good location and good lights, THATS ALL.
