We spent several days in Sorrento and kept coming back to this bar because of their amazing drinks, lovely atmosphere, and excellent service! David and Marika are truly passionate about their craft and it shows - my husband was obsessed with their Manhattan (seriously high praise from NYC'ers), and I cannot recommend enough the Contadin (pecorino vodka cocktail). Very unique and delicious cocktail- just try it and thank me later because I will be dreaming of this drink back home! What a wonder! Cornelia seems like a place you easily miss— tucked away from the bustle of Sorrento’s main streets. But make no mistake: this is a must-stop if you appreciate a great cocktail. We’ve had our fair share of Aperol Spritz on our honeymoon, but this is the only place we return to multiple nights to taste a cocktail that takes our breath away. I was not a Negroni guy before, but after trying two of Cornelia’s classic and refined Negrizia version, I’m converted! A shame I may not find another Negroni like those ever again.
