Another classic on the extremely rude service providers list of Italian cafĂŠs. Bought a tea and I asked it âtakeawayâ because the bus stop is in front of their commerce. Took a seat in their establishment since I bought a product. Second act, the cashier comes at me, raging and yelling that if itâs to go, itâs a different tariff and therefore I must go. So this is the hospitality one can expect at a place like this. Get kicked out even though you bought one of our products. Anyways Iâm on vacation having a blast; but itâs worth to share this experience with the internet.
Plot twist: I see there are people outside taking their âto-goâsâ. So either the woman probably had not a service oriented attitude enough to tell me that I can drink my tea on the outside tables OR (I hope not) she was racist because the ppl outside happen to be caucasian.    Read moreWe stumbled across this lovely Bistrot on our last evening in Sorrento. We were on a 4 night mid-term break with our two teenage daughters. We arrived late so the menu was limited, but the staff were welcoming and delightful. It was a nice change from the more touristy places in the centre. Everything was super fresh and therefore tasted delicious. Wonderful homemade bread and slices of pizza with different toppings as appetizers (the pumpkin and almonds, and spinach samples were a big hit). My wife and I had slow cooked chicken with really tasty potatoes 'al forno' and they brought a sampling of about 8 different warm veggies to go with it.    Read moreNon basta una buona idea .... ... per conseguire un significativo livello di qualitĂ , occorrono: â capacitĂ organizzativa â professionalitĂ â conoscenza dei prodotti â capacitĂ di comunicare con la clientela. E poi (ma non da ultimo) â SERIETĂâ, RISPETTO ed EMPATIA.
Caratteristiche queste ultime, che a maggior ragione dovrebbero essere presenti presso l'Azienda "Lievito Madre", che si qualifica come "Cooperativa Sociale Onlus" dedita (a loro dire), tra l'altro, all'inserimento lavorativo di persone con disabilitĂ .
Eâ solo grazie ad un paio di dipendenti di altissime capacitĂ e competenze, che si riesce ancora a trovare voglia di andare in questo posto, nel quale la restante parte dellâINTERO staff, è di livello DEL TUTTO inadeguato al progetto vantato dalla "Cooperativa Sociale Onlusâ Lievito Madre.
Peraltro câè anche da riflettere sulle facoltĂ mentali (...), se come è accaduto, dinanzi ad un cliente che accidentalmente è inciampato sbattendo molto violentemente con la testa contro lo spigolo di un mobile, tutto il personale di cucina e la cameriera di sala, si siano messi a ridere a crepapelle ed inarrestabilmente per lungo tempo, rivelando cosĂŹ seri e preoccupanti deficit, a cominciare (per lâappunto) dallâempatia âŚ.â¨Una scena del genere certo fa venire seri dubbi sullâaffidabilitĂ delle loro...
