Came to collect my takeaway; cashier was confused about what was written on my collection receipt, but gave me the food anyway.

Because of his confused look, I asked for a fork so I could taste if it was the correct order.

This angers him for some reason, and I get aggressively lectured about how "takeout" is different from "eat in" and that me asking for a fork has now created an inconvenience for him??

I keep telling him I'm not eating in; I just want to make sure it's the right order because HE looked confused. He doesn't listen and continues to shout over me.

Btw, not a translation issue as his English is perfect.

Ridiculous + appalling reaction to a customer wanting to make sure they have the correct order.

I'm sure he'll claim it was something totally different in his reply.

I came here because there's not too many Halal places around and wanted to support the local brothers. I had read reviews earlier and noticed they are very stingy with ketchup.

I ordered 40€ in food and was given only 2 ketchup packets and tried asking for more and was told 1 ketchup packet per combo! You're selling American style food and giving 1 ketchup packet with extortion pricing. Store hours say opens at 6:00pm, came at 6 was told twice to wait another 5 mins ended up going into the store closer to 6:20pm. Food was decent, and fries were too salty.

The staff that served my family were nice. The bathrooms and the restaurant are clean.

They serve Alcohol and am told the owner is Iranian, hence the big Zoroastrain art peices...

Went to this place expecting a decent kebab and some fried chicken. First of all, they have no sense of hygiene. They grabbed my chicken with their bare hands and the kebab quality wasn’t up to quality. I have been to many other kebab places and their quality is amazing even at the same price point. Second of all, the guy at the cashier was being rude for no reason, I asked him a simple question in a proper manner, “is my order done yet?” However I received an answer in the utmost attitude, “wait your turn…” I have worked in customer service before and having respect towards your customer is important, regardless of what they ask.
