Baudracco Gastronomia — Restaurant in Turin

Real good food but be sure to check your bill, eventhough it is not easy to read, since only the prices are written, not the names of what you took Unfortunately, when we went there was a mix-up with someone else : we received and paid for the wrong bill and only realized too late. We should have come back right away to say so, but then again, the bill was hardly understandable with prices only and no names.

We picked up the perfect cheese, meat and beautiful pre-made pasta + antipasto meals here whilst staying in Turin for a conference. The team were helpful (we speak no Italian!), and enthusiastic with tastings and providing information about the area and local produce. The little park jusy down across from Porto Nueva is the perfect spot to enjoy your picnic from these guys....

Non ho avuto modo di provare i primi o secondi piatti, ma posso recensire in primis in maniera molto positiva la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale. Sono stata a Torino in vacanza e volevo riportare qualcosa di tipico ai miei familiari. Le signore mi hanno fatto assaggiare i formaggi tipici fra i quali scegliere, e mi hanno consigliato fra una vasta gamma di vini tipici. Ho trovato prodotti di qualità e ricercatti, di produzione propria o locale, che era esattamente quello che cercavo. Il signore ci ha inoltre spiegato e fatto vedere il loro mulino, con cui macinano il grano manualmente, come si faceva una volta, e producono pane e pasta. Ci ha dato anche una pagnotta di pane per farcelo assaggiare (molto buono!). La soddisfazione con cui ci ha parlato del suo lavoro è stata molto bella. Ottima esperienza,...
