Mit den Geschmackserinnerungen an Pizzas in Deutschland waren meine Erwartungen nicht besonders hoch. Aber was wir hier kredenzt bekommen haben, kann gar nicht hoch genug gelobt werden. Und dann kommen wir zu Besten: Die Kellnerin hat uns mit epischer Geduld jede Pizzavariante, jede Vorspeise erläutert. Zu guter letzt hat sie uns noch drei Weinhändler empfohlen, die den Wein führen. Alleine wegen dem Essen würde ich wieder nach Turin kommen: dann aber mit Ersatzmagen, um mehr probieren zu können. Ich wünschte, ich könnte mehr als 5 Sterne geben können. Danke, danke, danke an das Team, für dieses bleibende Geschmackserlebnis.

Locale informale con tavoli in legno e sedie colorate, forno a cupola in vista e piccolo dehor con Mole Antonelliana sullo sfondo. L'impasto delle pizze è molto leggero, i condimenti sfiziosi, un po' diversi dai soliti e soprattutto con una certa connotazione regionale piemontese. Provata la Turgia (con salame di Turgia, cioè di vacca), la Braidense (con salsiccia di Bra cruda), la sfiziosissima focaccia (peperoni alla griglia, acciughe al verde e Robiola di Cocconato). Tutte equilibrate e saporite, con materie prime freschissime e di qualità. Buona scelta di vini e birre artigianali del birrificio Beba, 2 alla spina. Dessert classici, non provati. Personale gentile e sorridente, servizio abbastanza veloce. Prezzi adeguati, carte accettate ma Satispay no. Bagno pulito e fornito. Da migliorare: il bordo delle pizze bruciato :(

What an absolute gem of a pizza spot in Turin! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warmest smiles and a vibe that just made me feel instantly at home. The staff were beyond lovely—so welcoming, genuinely kind, and incredibly accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, and honestly, it was!

The pizza… oh my goodness. Pure perfection. Crispy, chewy crust, insanely fresh ingredients, and flavours every bite was a little piece of heaven. You can really taste the love and care they put into their food.

It’s one of those places that not only fills your belly but warms your heart. If you’re in Turin, do yourself a favour and GO. You’ll leave full, happy, and already planning...
