Bubble-Lab — Restaurant in Turin

The bubble tea was okay althought they could work on their customer service. There was some miscommunication when I ordered and I already apologized for the misunderstanding, accepted and paid even if it wasn't what I ordered. But still one of the staffs kept arguing with me just making it seem like he was trying to prove he was never wrong. I understand the language barrier but they didn't have to treat their customers that way. This doesn't take away the fact that they make good drinks. I just hope it doesn't happen again with anyone else and that they would be more understanding with customers especially if...

I just found this place accidentally while walking around the streets, I thought why not stop by and try some bubble tea. I stopped in, and immediately the atmosphere felt great. After ordering and sitting down, the owner came over and handed me a strawberry, smiled. It was a very nice compliment to me. My wife clearly asked for melon flavored milk tea and they gave her "taro" flavored tea, we don't even know what taro is but we do know that "melone" and "taro" doesn't sound similar at all. And when I went to say that they gave us something else, they say that she ask twice (?!) for taro milk tea. And they refused to change it for other flavor or return our money (we hadn't even open the sealed lid). €4 to the trash.

Mia moglie ha chiaramente chiesto un tè al latte aromatizzato al melone e le hanno dato tè aromatizzato al "taro", non sappiamo nemmeno cosa sia il taro ma sappiamo che "melone" e "taro" non suonano affatto simili.
