El Barrio Argentino — Restaurant in Turin

A nice feeling restaurant which was quite rustic inside which I liked. For starter I had the chorizo which was more like a sausage in England as opposed to chorizo as I know it. The sausage (pork) arrived and was still pink in the middle which is a no go for me. I was unable to seek help as the one waitress, who was very helpful, just had too many tables to deal with. I ended up putting the sausage in a cast pan that was still hot that another diners melted cheese came in. Once cooked, the sausage tasted nice. Nice Argentinian restaurant, most of the the staff were from Argentina so it was easily to communicate with them beside their warm hospitality. I had for the starter Empanadas both carne and verduras which was normal. The main dish Bife ancho taste was good. The place and the owners are nice, but I had a bad experience with the food. The ‘entraña’ was cold and difficult to eat. The mashed potatoes portion was super small. The ‘flan’, was it really a ‘flan’? The picture says it all. It was a take out and I had to go back to pick up the flan because they forgot to put it in the bag.
