I should start with the atmosphere, it was really cozy. It was like eating in grandma's antic-shop/home. The staff was extremely helpful. The fact that they have menu in multiple languages can also be a plus point. Let's talk about the food. I've ordered one roasted potatoes, one Antico Balon pizza (their specialty) and a beer. The roasted potatoes was well cooked, tasty. The pizza looked and smell amazing. On the first bite it was heavenly good. But it was a down side, when I bite into the dough ring it was doughy inside. I've been here three times, which goes to say that I really like the restaurant. The only two objections I have are that I've experienced the menu as a bit uneven and that the space is quite limited. Their pizzas are among the best I've eaten. Upgrade the flour to one from their artisan selection for 1€; it is worth it. Very good piemontese grilled meat, excellent cooked, well presented. Second best after Nusret's special in Istanbul. Overall good food, maybe a better communication between waiters and chef when it comes to important details such as gluten free or lactose free diet. We lost a good desert because of this and had to ask for the money back since it was put on the bill eventough we had to give it back due to gluten biscuit put on top.
