The place was very packed, but it was a Sunday afternoon... So it was expected. The selection of teas is really interesting and full of choices: you can find from the classic black tea, to herbal infusions, to cocktails infused with tea. I had a brownie with dulce de leche and double cream, and a Moroccan tea (I don't recall the exact name). The portion was humongous! I could barely finish it, and I had to remove some of the toppings. It tasted really good, but I would have preferred the classic brownie, because it's already quite heavy. There is a good selection of freshly baked cakes too. Portions are massive also for cakes. The interior of this tea room is themed after roses (as the name already suggests), I believe people are mostly going there to Instagram themselves eating these amazing cakes. Staff is super friendly. The place is dog friendly too, but really small, so I don't recommend it at peak time with a dog. They don't accept reservations on weekends, so it's a first come first serve basis. They also organise afternoon tea, but you have to book it at least 2-3...

The first experience I had there I would have given this place four stars. The tea and cake is very good and the place is beautifully decorated with roses, which is cute, charming and even a little silly. Feels like you're at grandma's house for a spot of tea. As for the scond time I went there, totally different experience. I was hugely dissapointed. The staff were not attentive or that friendly at all and thr food was not fresh. I made the mistake of trying the lunch menu: When I ordered the C. L. T (chicken lettuce tomato) I was horrified to find the chicken bland, no flavour, not cooked well, the lettuce soggy and stale by a day, at least and the toast was crunchy and hard as stone, crumbs everywhere. Not enjoyable at all. In fact, the worst sandwich I have ever had in my life 😂😭. The service was mediocre. I would recommend it but with caution: stick to ordering only the cakes!! I won't go out of my way to eat there again, but it's a cute place to chill out, if you are in the neighborhood, oh and they even have a...

I had heard a lot about this tearoom but about her cakes, but once there, I feel like I'm in an aseptic white bar. Going to Thursday there were very few sweets: three cakes (one red velvet without a hint of cream, so it was nothing but a dry but red cake) little leavened and little else. Therefore discarding the idea of the cake, I order macarones. But they have none because we are mid-week ... I order a cupcake accordingly and that at least was good, as were the teas. There was a small snag with the teapot and that's where I broke the boxes. I gently if they could "uncork" it because a bud had slipped into the teapot's barrel and then the tea didn't come out. I was immediately and rudely told to stay calm and quiet because they had already broken too many teapots. Said over all by a waiter who went around with dirty pants. Change staff that is better and treated the customers of the week like those of Saturday and Sunday, because they are always PAYING customers
