We got here around 2pm, there were a few tables outside free. We sat down. There were 4 of us: my husband and I and our 10 year old and 3 month old son. We wanted to take a short pause for coffee and dessert. Although there were tables available, they took away the 4th chair arguing that there are only 3 chairs for 3. Okay, we took our baby's things and gave the "extra" chair back. We asked for a card. It took about 10-15 minutes to bring it to us. The waiter stood on the steps and just looked somewhere in the distance. My husband asked for the menu again and it was finally brought to us. Since my youngest child is still an infant, I started breastfeeding him. The waiter came over to take our order. The older child refused to eat (although he wanted a snack before) we ordered coffee and tiramisu. After 2-3 minutes, the waiter came out and said we couldn't stay if we only ordered coffee and dessert. That we either had to order something from the meal or make room. I had to tear the baby off my chest and leave because the desire to stay in this establishment was completely gone. One could understand if there were no other seats available. But at least outside there were 3 free tables and some people were already finishing their meals. Left a terrible impression of themselves. Can...
Read moreOur visit to this restaurant was a huge disappointment. From the moment we arrived, the waitress treated us poorly as soon as she realized we were speaking English. She was cold and indifferent, which immediately left a bad impression. The food was below average – the pizza dough was extremely thin and lacked any real flavor. We expected much more, but unfortunately, the meal didn’t meet even the most basic expectations. The biggest issue arose when we received the bill. Instead of our order (two pizzas and two Cokes), we were charged for some wine and an additional service fee. When we questioned this, the waitress tried to lie, claiming that “wine” in Italian means Coke and that the other charge was a service fee. It was clear they were trying to take advantage of us just because we were foreigners and assumed we didn’t understand Italian. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and dishonest. We would not recommend this restaurant to anyone expecting even basic courtesy...
Read moreTried three different pizzas here and all of them were just... average at best. The dough was oddly hard and not what you'd expect from proper Italian pizza - more like a "wannabe Italian" version. Some parts of the crust were even burnt. Overall, they were too salty and lacked balance in flavor. Ingredients could've been better quality. I've had way better pizza in Venice for the same price. Not sure how this place has...
