Here's your chance to eat like a savvy local. This recently opened, cute-as-a-button cozy place is that "special little, out-of-the-way find" foodie travellers are always on the prowl for! Both menu standards like tagliolini with calamai, and specials, such as a porcini mushroom risotto were deftly executed. The kitchen can give an inventive twist to others, such as serving gently cooked morsels of sea bass atop a timbal of "crushed" potatoes. Read moreFantastic food here that was so good we had lunch and came back for dinner! Owners were lovely & welcoming despite our limited Italian. The food was definitely made with love. The "King's Crown" dish (#18)of beef slices folded over soft cheese & roasted is Claudio's own recipe & he was brimming with pride to see how much we enjoyed it. The local herring served on Veneto cornbread (#22) is his mother's recipe. Don't miss out on the oven-roasted pork loin (#19) which was tender and full of flavour. His house wine is wonderful but feel free to explore his extensive wine collection. It was here I finally comprehended why wine pairing with cheese was so amazing! And to top it off, fantastic prices. Best food we had on our 14 day...

We ordered a bunch of meals, from ravioli and gnocchi to polenta and pruschutto, and it was all amazing. We are from the USA, and my great Grandparents are Italian, and though they aren’t from this region, it was like eating in her house, if she also serves fine wines and 8 different dessert options. My brother even got a kiss goodbeye when he complemented the proprietor. I would recommend something, but you’re not going to go wrong...
