Honestly do not go to this place. I came around 6pm because it was near my hotel, as I did not have a reservation they told me I have to leave at 7pm, till here everything ok. When I tried to order half of the menu was not possible, even when I asked for a caprese salad the guy told me no. After I saw 4 plates with caprese salad going to another table, so basically it was a no for me and a yes for another table (they did not run out of it, the other table ordered after me). I complaint to another waitress and she said sorry and an excuse that i cannot order the salad before 6:30 (well I maybe ordered at 6:25 and the other table at 6:30, should I wait 5minutes to order? Really??They cannot tell me is not possible now but ok in 5min? I end up ordering just pasta, thankfully because what I wanted is leaving the place asap. Pasta was ok but service was 0 stars. It was not a communication problem I...

Food was ok. But the service was terrible, everything took ages, there was only one person serving the tables outside which clearly wasn’t enough (it wasn’t his fault). I asked for the bill three times and waited more than 20 minutes, finally I walked up inside the restaurant, so that they could give me the bill. The two tables around us were smoking, which although was very unpleasant. At the end, they included in the bill a “coberto” of 2.5€ per person, this is customary in Italy, however they didn’t serve us any bread, nor any grissini as it’s traditional. We saw some other tables were served bread with their meals, but we didn’t receive any. We pointed this out but they still refused to remove...

We've tought that we found a good place to eat a few streets away from the more touristic places. The food was not that bad but the service was horrible. We received the food in the completely wrong order. I received my main dish before my salade. My friends and I received food we did not order (for example I received horse meat but I ordered beef as a friend of horses quite devistating!!!) and we did not receive our dishes at the same time (for quite some time). We've explaint that we would like to eat all main dishes at the same time but the servant did not really listen. To sum up a local italian would call this place "il servizio...

The restaurant has a really nice ambiante, and definitely a place you’d want to spend time in. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the setting. We had to wait far too long just to get our drinks, and the service overall was lacking. The waitress never came to check in or ask if we wanted to order; we had to actively call her over each time, which made us feel a bit neglected. As for the food, it was disappointing – not terrible, but certainly not worth the price or the wait. With such a lovely location, it’s a shame the service and food don’t match. There’s potential, but a lot of room for improvement.

Visited the restaurant yesterday for lunch. Carbonara was overrated. Very salty. Couldn’t finish it. I liked the Bruschetta but I wish there was less tomatoes and too pricey for 12€! The white bread slices were nicely packed in a paper bag, good idea, so that it doesn’t dry out in the open. Meatless Macaroni was good. Serving ladies were nice. She tried her best to communicate with us in English. Yes, the seating is tight, but I understand the situation in the old town area. But please do buy a cover for the toilet flush. You can do it.

I came here with my partner, and she ordered Macaroni with tomato sauce and buffalo mozzarella. I ordered the spaghetti nero; the food was subpar, and the cuttlefish in the nero tasted like something, but no matter how far into the depths of my heart I searched, I could not find the flavor. It may just be my tastebuds, but my partner's tomato sauce with buffalo mozzarella was also subpar; she has said "1/10." No Parmesan. Barely vegetarian meals and a tired waiter that didn’t care to give us good service in any way.
