Pizza & Cafè — Restaurant in Verona

This place is terrible, you actually gonna pay for table when start setting they called Coperto but if that way the waiters should listen to the customer or even smile to us, but no. First thing we said we are not ready to order but the waiters said that we have yo order the drinks so our friend order coke and the waitress said what size small or big one so we think thats a big coke or its in the bottle but when waitress bring the coke its only the glass which is not even in the pitcher So i said and I explained to her we thought its In pitcher or big bottle that is why we ordered Large she didn’t listen to and she change her topic and make us stupid that is very rude actually! I hate that kind of service, and the food is actually not good and the service in there is so bad, so if you pass this place please dont even try because we just see that more people setting down they only drinking some coffee or small to get more customers and we paid 98€ to expensive. Be aware that kind of restaurants in Verona check first the place before ordering! Thanks just sharing what...

Paying a mandatory fee of 2 € per person! is only explained to the guest on request in an unfriendly way and is very hidden in the map! written (somewhere on the 5 or 7 page). If you refuse to pay this dubious fee, the police will be threatened in the presence of other guests! It's a shame because the food! was very tasty in terms of quality. Went there with some friends and we all had the same thing - a slice of cake and a drink. The slice of cake was pretty good but super overpriced, however, that's not even my main complaint. I let my friends pay first, as they all speak Italian; I heard how much they paid and I take out the exact amount. To my surprise, it wasn't enough! I said I had the exact same thing as my friends and the cashier just looks at me and says it's the same price. Again, I say I'm paying more for no reason and she just glares at me and shrugs.
