Corrente — Restaurant in Chatan

The worst restaurant - I do not recommend this restaurant for anyone. Food was absoulutely rubbish and the manager and staff in this restaurant did not demonstrate customer services at all. In addition to this, I chewed a piece of wet tissue from pickles(see the attached photo and the size of wet tissue). I had to wait for an interpreter to come without any indication or apologies from the staff. They demonstrated very inappropriate risk.management. Even after arriving the interpreter and explained what happened to my food, the manager did not apologise. Such a disgusting experience ever in my life. Do not go to such a horrible restaurant. Hilton hotel needs to monitor seriously those businesses on site. This kind of incideny can happen at any restaurant but staff attitudes and behaviour is very important when dealing with cuatomers. We had our anniversary dinner here and loved it (11 course tasting menu). As a chef and someone who has been to my fair share of Michelin restaurants, I think this was a good price to pay for the quality of the meal. Definitely not Michelin worthy, but a very good experience. We paid about $170 for two including a large and small sparkling water, and a coffee. The price was reduced since I used my Hilton membership for a discount. They also gave us an extra dish as an anniversary gift. The fireworks went off as we were served our last main dish.

Another thing to note. I have a severe nut allergy and let them know beforehand. The waiter came over before the meal began to run through a few ingredients to make sure it was alright for me to eat. The attentiveness and care they took with my allergy was refreshing and something that doesn't always happen in a Michelin setting.

All in all, highly recommend and we will definitely be dining...

Great spot for a nice quite date. I got a the "early bird Galleria" course online with the 4 paired wine and saved quite a bit of money. The atmosphere was calm and quiet, and the service was excellent. The charcoal grilled tenderloin was fabulous, and all the courses exceeded my expectations. I would have liked slightly larger portions, however that is probably due to my American appetite. Would recommend for a special dinner, or just a nice date, and they were able to accommodate my reservation only...
