I genuinely wanted to love this place. From the moment I stepped onto the 7th floor, the view absolutely took my breath away — it's truly one of the most stunning backdrops you could ask for while dining. The staff were kind and attentive enough, around a 7/10 in terms of service, and I appreciated their professionalism throughout. The potato wedges were surprisingly excellent (9/10), and my smoked Manhattan with Blanton’s was a standout — possibly the best I’ve had in the past five years. Honestly, that cocktail alone deserves its own spotlight (10/10). Even the water was crisp and refreshing.
But unfortunately, everything else fell short, and in some cases, dangerously so.
The chicken sliders were shockingly undercooked and completely devoid of flavor. It’s not just a preference issue — serving undercooked poultry is a serious safety concern. That dish left me genuinely worried and disappointed (1/10). The Cajun pasta with salmon was another letdown. While the noodles were perfectly cooked, the salmon was dry and overdone, about two minutes past where it should’ve been (4/10). As for the White Russian, something was noticeably off — it lacked the richness and balance I expect from the cocktail (3/10).
Despite all of this, the restaurant did the right thing and refunded the meal because of the raw chicken, and I’m sincerely grateful for that. It showed a level of accountability I respect.
That said, it’s hard to ignore how inconsistent the food and drinks were, especially in contrast to the exceptional view and one stellar cocktail. I won’t be returning, nor can I recommend this place to others — unless they’re coming just for the scenery.
I wanted an unforgettable dining experience, and in a way, I got one… just not for the...

Other notes: my friends commented that they thought the drinks were cheap. Previous review This cafe has a very picturesque view from the 7th floor. There is an elevator you can take so you don't have to actually walk it. They have seating inside as well as outside on a balcony overlooking the water.
I wasn't hungry when I went so I just got a drink. I thought it was going to be a smoothie but reading the description now I realize it was a slushie. I ordered the hibiscus and apple and that's pretty much what it tasted like. Apple juice with a hint of hibiscus with ice.
I do need to go back and try their food, as it did look pretty appetizing from the menu. The drink felt a little pricey, but you're there really for the view.
As this is located inside the American village, it's that kind of parking. In a direction, but I ended up going around to the other side of the building. I didn't realize that it all connected though so it wasn't...

i love coffee so i started with their
Large Cafe Mocha, coffee are is a plus, not too hot, not too sweet, just right
Everything is made fresh so read a book, enjoy the view, sip your coffee or enjoy some of their desserts while waiting.
The menu is simple and has alot of good combinations of breakfast, brunch, lunch style items from pancakes to steak and eggs.
I got the Seared Salmon with lemon sauce, resting on some nice mashed potatoes and some pan fried veggies. Salmon cooked perfecty, super crispy flavorful skin and the salmon itself was fresh tasting, nice color and sear, flaky and nice medium rare in the middle not over done. perfect.
Theres also a coffee art where you can "print" your own images ontop of your coffee, robot coffee art pretty much. i didnt try it but the group next to me enjoyed it.
There are alot of restaraunts in this building, each floor has its own theme. Could never go wrong.
I will be coming back to try...
