A true hidden gem near Honcho Street! This cozy little café is tucked away just enough to feel like a secret spot, and it’s designed in a beautiful traditional Japanese tatami style. The quiet ambiance makes it perfect for relaxing, reading, or just enjoying a peaceful moment.

What really took my breath away was the stunning view of Mount Fuji right from the window — absolutely surreal. The food and drinks are super affordable too, which is rare for such a scenic location. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area and want a break from the busy tourist spots.

A very cute little cafe/house along Fujiyoshida Honcho. From the outside it was unassuming. It looked like a little souvenir shop. Only when you step foot inside you’d realize it was actually a cafe and when we asked the owner she said it was also her house.

We felt very honored to be able to enjoy our cup of freshly made matcha and fermented malt rice drink there on the second floor of a traditional Japanese house.

With the tatami mats, wooden windows and simplistic decorations. Lovely place to rest those tired legs after a whole...
