My number one recommendation for coffee in Fukuoka. A bit hard to find but totally worth it. Hanasaka-san makes an amazing cup of pour-over coffee and the chocolate cake is dope too. His place is tastefully decorated with movie memorabilia (Isle of Dogs, Blade Runner, etc) and records. Hanasaka-san selects great music (city pop, jazz, among other genres) sometimes on vinyl. I'll be stopping here every time...

My favorite coffee shop in the world. Hanasaka is very friendly and clearly cares deeply about his coffee and his shop. He also plays records from his dual turntable and displays the record sleeve if you’re curious about what’s playing.

들어오자마자 카페 좀 찍었는데(사람도 아님)카메라 쓰지말라고 불친절하게 인상쓰며 툭툭던지는 말투로 말하고. 음료 나오는데 엄청 오래거림. 한 잔 한 잔 따로 나옴. 1인이 운영하는 가게라 음료 주문하고 15-20분정도 걸림. 하필 사람많은 날이라 주문이 밀려있어서 음료 기다리다 졸았는데 (대놓고 잔게 아니라 꾸벅꾸벅)자는 곳아니라고 꼽줌. 프라이빗한 곳이라며 왜케 하나하나 지적하고 사장 말투는 틱틱대는지. 불친절의 끝판왕임. 후쿠오카에서 젤 싸가지없는 돈키호테 면세계산대 직원보다 불친절한듯. 하루죙일 인상찌푸리고 있음 작고 조용한 편의 가게이고 노래도 느릿느릿해서 쉬다가긴 좋은데 그래서 더 잠옴... 후딱 빨리마시고 갈 사람에겐 추천. 또 졸까봐 커피 후딱 마시고 들어온지 1시간도 안되어서 나옴. 여유를 즐기고 싶은 분들에겐 다른 많은 선택지가 있으니 고민해보시길. 어제 갔던 친절한 히카루랑 너무 비교됨ㅋㅋㅋ
