I don't know why this cafe doesn't have 5 stars. Some people seem to have issue with the service but I didn't have a bad experience with this. It just seemed that they had very few staff as we only saw 1 person who was doing everything. When I asked questions they gladly helped. Whilst it wasn't the most incredible Japanese customer service I didn't see any issues with it at all. Sometimes it's nice not to be over serviced and left alone, especially when Japan often has so much over the top service.
I visited twice during my trip because it was so delicious. The atmosphere was so calming and cute, especially when it was snowing outside.
