Omuya — Restaurant in Fukuoka

Good price-quality rate and excellent location. Great if you are in the mood for a very abundant meal (a plate of omurice was more than i could take for a day xD). Also, a lot of different options to choose from for sauce, filling... It is a small and traditional Japanese senmonten, so do not expect a fancy restaurant or big table. It is more like cafe style. Oh, be aware if you are odor sensible that it is open kitchen so there might be chances smoke or smells from different meals might...

Large portioned Japanese omurice, flavoured with a variety of sauces and topped with melted cheese. The omlette egg was thick and fluffy, and the rice was delicately clam flavoured. Popular for a quick day time bite at a reasonable price. Would definitely go back, eventually, when I'm hungry again. Might be a while though, damn that large...

This place sells childhood memory - more than a simple dish. The owner-chef was kind enough to whip up Omurice and Napolitan pasta after open hours to the hungry travelers. Very classic recipe and perfectly cooked eggs. Maybe not so in tune with the dining trend.

Eggs super soft and silky and I felt like the Lonely Gourmet being surrounded by the quirky quaint decorations and the flavor of long forgotten omurice. There are thousands of other alternative foodie places in Fukuoka so skip this venue if you're nitpicky on small details.

영업시간 이후였음에도 흔쾌히 뚝딱 요리해주신 사장님 감사합니다. 사실 전혀 리뷰 못본채로 들어갔다가 뒤늦게 걱정 했지만 본인들 스타일 아니라고 너무 야박하신게 아닌가 싶습니다. 분명 유행에 맞는 레시피 스타일은 아닐 수 있는데 (토마토캐첩/데미그라 등의 새초롬 새큼한 맛을 살리는 소스) 전혀 불안할 필요 없습니다.
