Had an absolutely awesome experience here in terms of food and service I will give brief descriptions because there were many courses. I went with the lobster course
Crab salad was fresh and delicious 🦀 🥗
The uni dish was a WOW it’s like a dessert cus it’s a parfait or smth the Uni is sweet and ikura is salty
Lobster was sweet and tender and had good flavour. It was seared well the grapefruit was bitter but gave it come contrast. Prawn was good that’s all hehe
The crape was crispy on the outside the ingredients inside were fresh the sauce accompanied it well
The main event : BEEF 🥩
The sirloin had good flavour very tender. The saga beef was crazy though it melts in your mouth so highly recommend that
The miso soup was intelligent they use the lobster shell but needed more depth of lobster flavour
However, 2 main highlights (not good highlights. First off they kinda forgot my garlic rice 🙁 so it got served after dessert and I think the rice grains could have been tossed a lot better. I think if they have time it might have been better becuz they were in a rush so it reflects on their organisation which is crucial Secondly the garlic chips were unevenly cooked some are burnt and some have no golden brown colour. In a place like this it’s not like good for this quality to happen 🧄
But the good outweighs the bad or else I will deduct one star the dessert was DELICIOUS like I actually mean it becus it was elegant and fresh and flavourful. The cream and strawberry works well and that sponge thingy was good. 🎂
They also have their own dessert tray which was free but u get one shot to choose as much as u want I like the chocolate balls, the cheesecake and the cream puff 🍮

There was no specific chef for you, but they divided into 3 parts, one cooked seafood, one for beef and one for other items, like division of labor. As a Teppanyaki restaurant, the setting was not too professional. Normally a popular Teppanyaki restaurant would have dedicated chef to serve all dishes, and this one was quite out of my expectation.
When they cooked the beef, there were only 4 small pieces, and they even not asked you how well did you want to cook/have for the beef.

We walked along the main street and stumbled upon this restaurant. The lunch sets with steak were around 6000yen plus. The chefs were very professional and the waiter service was good.
