I’ve been dining at HAPPY at least once a week for the last two months. It’s my go-to place for lunch (and occasionally dinner) while living in Asakusa/Sumida.
The food is delicious, plentiful, and a great value! Indian food this good would cost a small fortune back in Seattle. Lots of of favorites to choose from, as well as rotating daily specials.
The owners are very friendly, especially to this tourist! Easy communication in English helped me to feel right at home.
The restaurant has a spacious and comfortable atmosphere, and it’s always open whenever I’m in the mood for a naan & curry.
They accept credit cards, including touchless payment via Apple Pay/Wallet. Many non-chain restaurants don’t do this.
