Minoru Shokudou ekie Hiroshima — Restaurant in Hiroshima

Our 1-day trip in Hiroshima was packed so we had to eat at the Shinkansen terminal before leaving the city. Fortunately, the terminal is filled with tens of restaurants and finding one to please your palate and fit your budget shouldn't be difficult. We picked this one by chance. One was set meal with oyster, and the other one with fish. We also ordered local persimmon with ice-cream as dessert. The 2 set meals were ok, although I was expected a bit bigger oysters. The portion of the fish was also on the small size. As for the dessert, I think we were over-expecting as most fruits in Japan are very fresh and tasty. 【メニュー】 ☑︎ごちそう定食という好きなメインが2品選べる定食にし、メインはレモンおろしバーグと塩唐揚げ2個を選び、費用は¥1749でした。

【提供スピード】 ☑︎注文してから料理が届くまで、30分近く待ちました。

【接客】 ☑︎待たされている間空っぽのコップにお水を注ぎ込むにも来てくれませんでした。真夏の8月だったので、喉がカラカラになりました。 ☑︎30分も待たせてるのに、料理を運んできた時に、大変お待たせしました、の一言もありませんでした。 ☑︎提供スピードが遅すぎて、謝罪もなく、料理の味も待たせたほど感動もない、水のおかわりもこちらから声かけするまでなかったので、この評価です。

【味】 ☑︎メインのハンバーグは、正直他にもっと美味しい店がたくさんあるくらいのレベルでした。ジューシーさや肉肉しさも感じず、表面は焼きすぎたのか、固かったです。 ☑︎ハンバーグに絞るためにカットレモンが添えられているんですが、まさかの輪切りでしかも薄く、かなり絞りにくかったです。 ☑︎唐揚げは美味しかったですが、唐揚げやサラダのドレッシングの味が強すぎて、味噌汁やハンバーグの味は薄く感じました。 ☑︎お味噌は人参やジャガイモなど具材が大きめにカットされており、味付けも素材の味が感じられる(悪くいうと味噌が薄い)仕上がりでした。 ☑︎男性には...
