Chanced upon this authentic Ramen stall while walking around feeling hungry. Stock is the usual saltiness and the ramen is very springy. Cooked just about right. 2 stars given is because half way through my meal, found a short strand of hair. I tried genuine vegan ramen made by a long-established ramen shop in Kagoshima. It is a little spicy and addictive ramen made with Kagoshima vegetables and soy milk as a base, and the mala flavor makes it tingly. Located inside tenmokan nigiwai st market. Inside is pretty clean. There is only 1 menu with 2 size (reguler or large), but reguler size is full enough for me.
