Unique take on Ramen! Been travelling around Japan and I’ve had a lot of different styles by now. Using cow gives a different smell and flavour compared to pork/chicken etc. I’m a huge fan and advocate for cows. They give so much, it’s the best animal.

I would have appreciated some thinly sliced beef, burnt lightly with torch. That BBQ flavour would pair nicely with the mild flavour of the broth. The meat I did receive was well cooked tho! Also a touch to much pepper for my taste!

I had to try this restaurant because I like Ramen. There were two very friendly female employees present. I ordered Beef Bone Tan Tan Ramen and Gyoza. Both Dishes tasted excellent and you can see and taste that everything is prepared with skill and a lot of love. The staff was very nice but I think the food is a bit overpriced value wise. 1000 yen , the ramen is smaller those most places and the “thick” broth is actually very thin in texture almost like chicken noodle soup.
