A restaurant where you can enjoy traditional Japanese "Western" cuisine.
My rating: 4.5 Curry, hamburgers, and stews are the most common Japanese "Western" dishes. This restaurant offers excellent traditional Japanese "Western" cuisine, which was taken over by a hardcore chef who has worked as a chef at the Imperial Hotel and other hotels for two generations. The restaurant focuses on several types of curry using Western techniques. If this is your first visit, curry might be a good choice. But if you want to taste what this place is capable of, you should try the beef stew, seafood cream stew, and hamburger steak. My favorite dish is the Wagyu beef Curry. Lots of chunk of beef with a taste of fine Wagyu beef fat. The vegetables are placed on top of it, and the visual increases one's appetite. Speaking of visuals, the hamburger steak is also quite impressive. Of course, the hamburger itself tastes excellent.
The mother, a former Takarazuka actress, who is in charge of customer service, is a great talker. The only problem is that it is impossible to eat all of them at once, as they are all very large in volume. Enjoy!
Definitions of My Rating========== 5.0 A restaurant you should go to at all costs, no matter what 4.5 Restaurant you would recommend to others if you went, restaurant you would want to be a regular at 4.0 Restaurant that you will be quite satisfied with and will definitely return to 3.5 Restaurant that you are glad you went to and would probably go back to 3.0 Restaurant that you would not consider a mistake if you went 2.5 A restaurant that you could go to, but would be subtle 2.0 Not recommended 1.0 Restaurant that I would definitely not...

A hidden gastronomic gem
This spot may be small, tucked away inside a building, but it carries the legacy and skill of Tokyo's prestigious Imperial Hotel.
The current chef, Tomohisa Furukawa, learned his craft directly from his father, who refined his techniques over many years at the famous hotel. Chef Furukawa presents exquisite Yōshoku (Japanese-style Western food) that is a testament to their dedication.
Both the Curry Shrimp Fried Rice and the Hamburger Steak were phenomenal! The curry was complex and rich with spices, brilliantly balanced by a refreshing fruity acidity. The Hamburger Steak was cooked perfectly, and the presentation was such a delight.
The elegant lady who manages the front of house is the chef's mother, providing meticulous service (she discreetly passed me a wet wipe the moment she noticed I had gotten sauce on my fingers!).
You can absolutely feel the family's dedication to detail in every part of the experience, from the flavors to the service. Getting five-star hotel-level quality in a comfortable, unpretentious setting is something I highly recommend!
