This was the worst experience of our entire time in Japan. We booked the dinner omakase and were very excited. We were seated at one long table with other diners - but it’s too close to feel comfortable or have a conversation. Also, other diners arrive at different times so you are also not starting or ending your meals together. It’s just awkward. Although the food was tasty and beautifully plated, it was not nearly enough for three people. In fact, my son literally went straight to a convenience store for Ramen because he was still hungry. The service was really terrible. The staff were at times rude, we specifically told them (in advance as per their questionnaire) that we don’t eat shellfish, yet they served us shellfish. When we told them, they took the plate back but never apologized and never replaced it with an alternative. In addition, the entire staff left the restaurant at one point - all of them- leaving us alone with other diners for at least 20 minutes. We had no idea where they went or if they were coming back. (Now we see this in other reviews so apparently this is their practice.) The desert also tasted like it had been made on the same pan as something with grease or meat. I can’t imagine it was intentional. But, it was inedible. I would not recommend this place at all especially with the...

Review:
From the moment I stepped into this enchanting Lebanese eatery, I knew I was in for an extraordinary experience. The simplicity of the dishes belied their profound flavors, each bite a symphony of culinary perfection. The atmosphere was imbued with soulful music and a unique, family-style ambiance that made me feel right at home. It's rare to find a place that not only satisfies your hunger but also touches your heart.
I've dined at many renowned Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide, but this unassuming gem surpassed them all, making it my favorite dining experience to date. The hot lemon drink was a soothing prelude to the culinary marvels that followed. The banana bread was the epitome of perfection, striking a delicate balance between sweetness and texture. But it was the falafel that truly stole the show, an explosion of flavors so divine, it almost moved me to tears.
This isn't just a meal; it's a journey of the senses. I urge you to visit with an open heart and a readiness to be emotionally moved. This place is not just about eating; it's about experiencing food that resonates with your soul. Trust me, you might just find yourself shedding a tear over the sheer...

We placed our order (of what we considered was a reasonable number of dishes) and the girl taking our order immediately told us “mmm… maybe not enough”. We explained it was okay and went through with the order. After I was almost close to finishing my drink, the girl came back, placed the menu in front of me and pushed me to get another drink.
They brought us most of the food except for one dish then the staff just… vanished. No one was cooking, they weren’t even in the shop. It took one hour to make a chicken shawarma (which come on, i’ve seen it done in minutes)… seems like everyone in the shop was just waiting for the guys to return and feel like cooking.
But the best part comes at the end - we go to pay out check, the girl adds up everything on her calculator and it amounts to 8400 yen. She then checks us for 9000 yen, without any explanation. My partner asks for the receipt and she looks surprised. But even after she produces said receipt, it was just an empty check for 9000 yen… honestly at that point we were too pissed and bored after having waited around for hours for a chicken skewer that we didn’t bother...
