Incredible, incredible, incredible meal. We’ve been lucky enough to have several wonderful meals in Japan including one at a multi Michelin starred restaurant, and we still felt like this was the best meal. We were fortunate enough to have the restaurant to ourselves and just got to chat with Chef Endo and his assistant (whose name I embarrassingly forgot to ask). Everything was exquisite from the ingredients to the cooking to the tableware to the drinks to the conversation. It’s clear they have so much fun and draw on so much passion in creating these meals. Chef Endo and Kazuki did an amazing job providing us with the nicest dining experience I’ve ever had in my life. This place will for sure get on the map in no time, and is a hidden gem. Chef talked through all the dishes he made and where everything came from, which made me appreciate every single dish more. They were delightful to talk to and were very accommodating. Fantastic dinner, service and atmosphere. We enjoyed an amazing meal with lots of fish and very fresh ingredients. One of our favorite places in Japan. The head chef and staff are all very sweet, welcoming and helpful, while being eager to answer any questions you might have. If you are interested in whiskey, this is also a great place to experience some of the most amazing whiskeys Japan has to offer.
