Just incredible. Some of the best Italian food I’ve ever eaten (and I have been to Italy).

We went as two people in the evening, at 6:45 on a weeknight, and were asked to come back at 7:15 as the chef is the only staff member and he can only accommodate eight people at a time in the restaurant. When we came back, we had one of the best meals ever. Absolutely worth the wait.

The chef does not speak English, but he is very kind and willing to converse via google translate.

This was literally the closest restaurant to our hotel and we were kind of turned off when we saw the menu outside listing pasta. However hunger combined with the late hour did the trick and we went in. We chose spaghetti with two different toppings and both were very good. The servings are generous, but not humongous (which would have been a no). Also the pasta was al dente. I did not like that you must buy a drink per each person, as water only is not allowed. Owner was by himself (which I knew from reading other reviews), and he did a great job. He was upfront about the food not being ready at the same time- we had 4 people (2 kids, 2 adults). Food was delicious and didn't take too long. Round steak was well seared and excellent flavor. Pasta was al dente and sauces were excellent. My chicken had a yummy sear and flavor.
