This was the best meal I’ve ever had. I could cry it was so good and I’m sad it’s over and that I don’t live here so I can have it again. Every course was outstanding! And soy butter needs to be jarred and sold in the market. I know I’ll have dreams about this meal. A few times I had to close my eyes while I ate to try to implant the memory of those tastes in my brain.
Also the have a drink the Kitty which is a Red Wine mixed with Ginger Ale 2 things I never would have thought to combine but I loved it and normally I’m not a red wine drinker and I only do so when having steak but that drink I could have any day.

It was set courses and I chose the beef only course which was incredible. The food was delicate and exquisite, not to mention extreme kindness of the staff, who provided explanations (in english) about the different courses that were served.
