Decided to stop by this cozy bar on a Saturday night and instantly fell in love with the atmosphere. The vibes were immaculate, with dim lights and a nice elegant touch. I love that this is foreigner friendly with nice drinks that are suitable for both western and non western palettes. There’s also an excellent japanese whiskey selection that’s reasonably priced. There are also a pretty decent selection for snacks that we can order along with the drinks!

The vibes are just right - the music is on point, very lounge-esque/chill-tempo. The drinks are unique and offer a wide variety of creative and delicious cocktails (try the matcha one). After a tornado of walking, busses, train connections and Shinkansen transit from Mt Fuji, we stumbled into Kyoto around 8pm on a Thursday.

After checking into our hotel, we were eager to check out the surrounding area and get a nice drink.
