A very thick, rich, non spicy version of tantanmen ramen. The greens had an off flavor, like the water used to blanch them had been used to cook something else. Noodles were medium thick and had a nice bite. I thought I would enjoy the char siew as a nice addition to the more classic ground pork, but the seasoning on the pork didn't go well with the sesame flavor of the broth. ここ1年くらいでできた担々麺屋。 最初は担々麺のみであったが、最近は汁無し(写真)が追加され店としての評価を、良い意味で激変させた。 フリードリンクで水では無くお茶(多分ルイボスティー)なのも嬉しい。

担々麺はそこまで辛味は無く胡麻の濃厚な味わいと風味が美味しく、比較的辛さが苦手な人でも楽しめると思う。

卓上には、香味ラー油と、花椒入りの香味ラー油があり、単純に辛さを上げるか、四川風にするかを自ら選ぶことも出来る。 特に花椒入りは入れすぎると中々にシビ辛、最高。

すでにかなり完成された店だが、強いて言うなら“ラー油を入れすぎて辛すぎた場合”の緩ませるトッピング(半熟卵とかチーズとか)があれば尚、嬉しいと感じた。 今の所、チキン南蛮の上のタルタルソースを入れるくらいの選択肢しかない。 自業自得なのだが…。

This restaurant opened about a year ago. At first, they only served dandan noodles, but recently they added mazesoba, and the restaurant's reputation has changed completely. In a good way. I also like that the free drink is tea (probably rooibos tea) instead of water.

The dandan noodles are not too spicy and have a rich sesame flavor, so even people who don't like spicy food can enjoy them.

There is aromatic chili oil and aromatic chili oil with Sichuan pepper on the table, so you can choose between hot and Sichuan style. The one with Sichuan pepper is particularly spicy, and if you add too much it can numb your stomach, but it's also delicious.

If there is one thing I would like, it would be nice if they had toppings (such as soft-boiled eggs or cheese) to soften the spiciness in case the chili oil is too spicy. For now, the only option is to put tartar sauce on the...
