Went there yesterday since I was in the mood for some チンジャーロース and I knew it was very cheap since it's a chain restaurant. However, I was not prepared for the sheer amount of people that were waiting in line. The kitchen on the first floor was clearly understaffed - you can't really have only 5 people serve 75 all at once. I was sitting on a counter right in front of the cooks so I could hear them panting and saying they can't take it anymore. Props to them for not giving up! Those 5 people were the real heroes! The gyoza was tasty 😋 but the chinja was oilier than I expected. However, I ate plenty for only 800 yen. Had to wait for just that more than 40 minutes but I guess it's worth it for the price alone (I know a nearby restaurant that sells the same dish for about 1700 yen!) Waiting time for gyoza was a bit long and the taste was (surprisingly) mediocre compared to other dishes. A bit too oily for my liking but still acceptable
