If you want respite from the endless parade of people this cafe on 2F above the Fushimi-inari station is your sanctuary.
With great views out both large windows you can watch the trains and pains go by, and laugh at all the clueless people running whilst the railway stop sign chimes sing!
I had the keema curry - it was exceptional and came with a little mason jar salad which was cold, fresh and crisp and has the lightest application of a citrus dressing to cut through. The curry itself was tasty and is quite a large portion.

However⊠the drinks were poor and also quite on the expensive side. I ordered the traditional matcha as the lovely waitress told me the other latte is very sweet and it was sadly the worst matcha I have ever had. Instant cheap matcha tasted better than the one served today. We also got a hot chocolate which was 800 yen that tasted like instant hot chocolate. Service here was absolutely incredible! Staff were very nice and could speak English perfectly fine. We were even given a little box to put our bags in. Thereâs also free wifi! The only complaint I have is that their matcha latte was a little too sweet for me. Though, I am usually quite picky with sweeter things. Someone else also ordered the matcha latte, and they finished it. I didnât order any coffee or food, but my mom seemed to like the coffee.
