It was rich, tender, and beautifully balanced. Another standout dish was Saikyo-yaki—silver cod marinated in Saikyo miso, then grilled to perfection. The result was a melt in your mouth texture infused with a deep, slightly sweet umami flavor.

The side dishes (obanzai) were amazing! You can have as much of them as you want if you go there by lunch time, and the same applies to rice. I would like to go back again! The price is a bit more expensive than your typical lunch set, but the experience felt fancy and I enjoyed it very...
