I didn't have a reservation, but they let me eat there anyways. I had their carpaccio and the carbonara. The carpaccio was incredibly tasty and each piece of fish was excellent. The carbonara was good, but I thought there was too much cheese flavour, but overall a great experience. I would definitely come again. During lunch today, I encountered service that left me quite puzzled. When I entered the restaurant, the waiter was standing right nearby, yet he didn’t guide me to a seat. When ordering, another staff member from a distance came over instead, while he just stood there doing nothing the whole time. Even at checkout, he didn’t say a single word— not even a basic greeting. If this was some kind of deliberate “personal style,” I could still try to understand, but in the service industry, basic courtesy should be the minimum requirement. If someone simply likes standing expressionless, perhaps joining the Self-Defense Forces would be more suitable than being a waiter. After all, if standing under the air conditioner for eight hours is enough to earn a salary, it makes me wonder: is it the owner’s money that’s too easy to earn, or the customers’...
