McDonald's - JR Kyoto Station Hachijo Entrance — Restaurant in Kyoto

I accidentally left my bag here and when I realized I didn’t have it I called to have the staff look for it. The man said he would check and let me know. I also described the bag in detail and told him exactly where to look for it. After a few minutes he said “I don’t see anything like that here.” And so I was completely distressed thinking it had been stolen but I made my way to the shop anyway to see if there was anything I could do. I get to the shop and find my bag exactly where I left it and where I told the man to look. I was upset that he didn’t look properly and just brushed it off even though it was a distressing ordeal for me. I told him to come with me to the place where I found it and asked how he could have missed it. He didn’t come right away when I asked and I had to ask a second time. I showed him where the bag was and asked why he didn’t find it. He said someone was sitting there and their stuff was blocking it. He should have looked harder and asked the people if there was anything there. He didn’t even apologize properly. I am so upset by this behavior. And not to mention he is the manager....

I did not write any review about McDonald's in the past. The breakfast and the seasoned item worth a review and an appreciation.

The iced black coffee is rich in flavour. Surprisingly it has aftertaste indeed. The coffee in McDonald's, Ontario, Canada is no match for it.

The fried shrimp bites also worth a try. It is rich in shrimp meat and al dente in texture.

The beacon, egg and cheese mcgriddles are also nicely prepared. The bread, maple syrup, cheese, sausage, egg and bread offer a rich but balanced texture layer by layer.

The potato biscuits are crispy and rich in shredded potatoes.

The attendants are friendly and diligent. They are super efficient despite under stress.

After all, a nice dining experience when we need to grab a breakfast and hurry to catch...

We ordered a meal with Teriyaki chicken burger, French fries, Fanta Melon with ice. We also added garden salad, chicken nuggets and McFlurry chocolate shake. We were impressed with the quick delivery but the burger was cold, didn't have any cheese or other items that you routinely expect in a burger. It had a long waiting line, but good to see that they accept International credit cards and forex cards for the payment. The shop is open till 11pm. We paid around 1500 yen per person.
