Me and my friends were waiting in the queue to have breakfast at Hoshino. We were waiting for about 20 mins which is fine considering you will have great service and food.
Once we sat down we ordered our breakfast. We ordered the ham & cheese toast two times and one french toast. A while after we ordered we received two plates of french toast which we only ordered one of. Soon after we received three more plates of french toast. When I asked them we needed only one french toast and two more plates of ham & cheese toast the waiter checked the order and saw they made a mistake. They didn't apologize or say anything, they just took all the plates that weren't ours away. Eventually we got the right orders a couple minutes after, which was pretty fast. Unfortunately the waiter forgot to give our table the cutlery and syrup that goes together with the french toast. They also didn't hand out a glass of water which is common at Hoshino Coffee.
The food itself was delicious like any other Hoshino but the service was not too great. Especially whenever you wait in a queue for Hoshino you expect...

I was looking forward to visiting this café, but my experience was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I noticed the waiter’s unfriendly attitude, but what followed was completely unacceptable.
I was deliberately ignored while other guests who arrived after me were served immediately. When I was finally able to order, the waiter responded with clear reluctance. The most shocking part was the waiter’s behavior—he deliberately coughed when passing by, which was not only disgusting but also highly unprofessional.
Sadly, this behavior had a clear racist undertone, making my visit especially unpleasant. No guest should ever be treated this way in a café.

There is a coffee shop in part of shopping mall that Kyoto station building houses on the south side. The shopping mall is divided into two parts around and is entirely aligned with a passage outside of station building.
When I came here in the coffee shop, I could order blend coffee and I would figured out why it feels outdoor a little. This small part of the shopping mall is built on the place where I come in the coffee shop, facing both inside and out of the building.
